The rooms are cleaned daily. During the morning service, we can change your bedlinen if you wish. At Iberostar, we change linens and towels by taking the environment into consideration. We can change your towels whenever you like. We ask simply that you leave them on the floor

Your room boasts a multimedia system on the desk with different HDMI and USB ports for you to watch content on the TV (only for Star Prestige rooms). If you need help with the connection, call us and we’ll give you a hand.

Everything should run like clockwork, but if something in your room is faulty, please contact Reception 24h so that our Maintenance Department can fix it as soon as possible.
