Whatever the case, we are here to help you have a truly fabulous time... but also to surprise you! Plan your stay or simply do whatever most appeals to you at the time. Because there are lots of beach holidays. But this one is unique. It’s yours.

Rooms

01. WHAT VOLTAGE DOES THE HOTEL HAVE?

The voltage is 220 V. We have adaptors available if you need them.

02. SAFE

We provide you with a safety deposit box so that you can store your valuable items securely. What is important is that you enjoy your day safe in the knowledge that everything is taken care of.

The hotel takes no responsibility for the loss or theft of valuables that have not been stored in the safe.

03. AIR CONDITIONING

Please remember that the air conditioning system will only work correctly if the electrical circuit is activated and if all the doors and windows are closed.

04. CAR RENTAL

Are you tempted to spend a day out of the city? Please contact us and we’ll organise the best car rental for you (€).

05. COFFEE MAKER

You have a coffee machine (€) with a selection of the best coffees, so you can help yourself whenever the mood takes you.

06. CHECK-OUT DAY

On the day of your departure, remember to leave your room before 11:00h and complete the check-out procedure at Reception. If you would like to extend your stay, please ask about availability at least 24 hours in advance. We offer a late checkout service (€) that allows you to stay in your room until 18:00 (subject to availability).

07. ROOM CLEANING

The rooms are cleaned daily. During the morning service, we can change your bedlinen if you wish. At Iberostar, we change linens and towels by taking the environment into consideration. We can change your towels whenever you like. We ask simply that you leave them on the floor

08. MULTIMEDIA

Your room boasts a multimedia system on the desk with different HDMI and USB ports for you to watch content on the TV (only for Star Prestige rooms). If you need help with the connection, call us and we’ll give you a hand.

09. REPAIRS

Everything should run like clockwork, but if something in your room is faulty, please contact Reception so that our Maintenance Department can fix it as soon as possible.

10. Minibar

There is a carefully selected choice of drinks and snacks available in the Minibar in your room.

11. Room Service

Take a look at the menu in your room and if anything takes your fancy, don’t hesitate to place an order with us. Service available 24 hours.

12. Chromecast

Press the Source button and select HDM1 to cast your favourite content on the TV.

05. IS THERE CURRENCY EXCHANGE AVAILABLE?

Currency exchange - the hotel uses the official exchange rate, based on the euro, on which a commission applies.
Payments - cash or the following credit cards are accepted: Diners Club, American Express, Mastercard and Visa. If you wish, you can start a card for your purchases during your stay, which you can pay before check-out.

06. IS THERE A MEDICAL SERVICE AVAILABLE?

The hotel has a private external healthcare service. In the event of an emergency, please contact the Reception.

07. PARKING

There is outdoor parking available for all our guests. The car park is convenient and accessible.

08. LAUNDRY SERVICE

If you have any clothing items that need to be washed and/ or ironed, please use the form and the garment bag you'll find in your wardrobe. If you hand them in to housekeeping, your items will be ready in 24 hours; and if you use the express service the items will handed to you the same day.

10. Fitness room

The hotel features a fitness room with innovative exercise machines. You’ll be able to tone your muscles, do a bit of cardio while listening to music… staying fit while you’re here will be a real pleasure.

11. INTERNET

The hotel has free Wi-FI throughout the hotel, including public areas and rooms. To connect, you first have to look for the Iberostar network. Then, in the new session page that opens, enter your user name (titleholder surname) and password (room number). Don’t forget to download the Iberostar application to enjoy your stay to the maximum.

12. Swimming Pool

Water is one of the key attractions of this hotel. The hotel pool is located in the central area and stays open for you to take a dip, soak up some sunshine, have a drink at the bar… Remind that the sun loungers cannot be reserved.
